Tease Salon Policies
Cancellations and No Shows
Tease Hair Salon requires a credit card in order to reserve an appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, we kindly ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, or miss your appointment, Tease will charge 50% of the scheduled service total. No show appointments will be charged 100% of entire service.

Appointment Changes
If appointments are changed at time of service, the services that were initially scheduled will automatically be charged. For Example: If the appointment is scheduled as a full highlight and haircut, but the day of the appointment the guest only requests a haircut, the guest will be charged for the full highlight and haircut. Please be mindful that this effects the stylists when services are changed at the last minute. If you have questions about what appointment to schedule, we will be happy to assist you at the time of booking or you can come in for a complimentary consultation.

Color Correction
If service is completed by a previous salon and you wish to have Tease Salon correct said service a color waiver must be signed at time of service.

Consent Forms
Color, Perms, and Hair Extensions will require to sign a consent form before each service.
Service Adjustments
If, by chance, you are unhappy with your service for whatever reason, Tease reserves the right to first correct the issue with no cost to the client. Tease Salon must be notified within 24 business hours from the date of your original appointment to receive the complimentary correction. All refunds will be given at the discretion of Tease Salon Management. If the client patronizes another business other than Tease Salon for the service correction for any reason, client forfeits its right to Tease's complimentary service and/or any possible refund. If the client wishes to waive the right for us to correct, then we will need something from the client signed stating they are wishing to waive the correction.
Cell Phones
Out of courtesy to our other guests we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and to please keep the volume to a minimum for any necessary cell phone conversations.
Children
Out of respect to our other guests and for their own safety, children (12 and under) are not allowed in the service area unless they are receiving a service themselves. We request that prior arrangements be made to ensure that each of our guests enjoys their visit every time. Tease appreciates your cooperation.
